In the run up to Canada Day, we’ve been organising a whole bunch of awesome events for our Taste of Canada foodie festival. We’ll be bringing Canadian tastes and flavour to a variety of restaurants and bars!
This week it’s the turn of Simmons Bar in Kings Cross. They’re serving three delicious cocktails until the 26th of May for a piece of Canadian flavour in London!

First up is the delicious Toronto Tower with vodka, freshly squeezed lime juice, sugar cane syrup, celery bitters and sparkling water. The Canadian Old-Fashioned is a classic. Using Canadian Whiskey gives it a Canuck twist! The Maple leaf Martini goes down really easily. With pear vodka, freshly squeezed lemon juice, a dash of bitters and maple syrup, this is a real sweet treat!
